  • The Manager of Commercial Operations is the unifying force across the Phare Commercial team owning the systems, processes, and insights that power our go‑to‑market execution and revenue performance.
  • This role spans sales administration, marketing operations, reporting, process optimization, and cross‑functional coordination across both Phare and the broader R1 organization.
  • This NYC‑based hybrid role includes 2–3 days per week onsite in our Soho office.
