Job Summary

• The Revenue Operations Marketplace Strategy & Operations team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Hyperscaler Marketplaces at Salesforce, seeking an experienced Manager to own the end-to-end execution of a Cloud Marketplace Operations team.
• Responsibilities include managing the Private Offer lifecycle, acting as a subject matter expert on complex billing scenarios, and ensuring operational rigor across all Marketplace transactions.
• This role involves leading and developing a team of Marketplace Operations Analysts, defining the future state for Marketplace tools and processes, and driving vision and strategy for expansion onto other public cloud Marketplaces.
