Job Summary
Your primary task will be developing the cleanroom testing process, including ASIC testing, X-ray detector (hybrid) testing, and flip-chip bonding process in our cleanroom production.
Improve/troubleshoot ASIC/X-ray detector probe station testing speed and reliability, and the flip-chip bonding process.
