Job Summary
Responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers and scheduling service to be performed.
Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance, advises customers on necessary and recommended services, and offers additional services and repairs.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of work experience
Automotive or customer service experience
Working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
