Job Description: Plan and conduct Guzheng Ensemble training sessions. Prepare students for concerts, SYF, and performances. Coach beginner and advanced students. Work closely with the Teacher-in-Charge. Motivate students and promote discipline. Attend rehearsals, competitions, and performances. Arrange a relief instructor when required. Requirements: Relevant qualification or certification in Guzheng performance or teaching. Prior Guzheng teaching or performance experience is preferred.
