Job Summary
Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning, supporting individual or multiple affiliates across Africa by developing customer demand forecasts and executing replenishment plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and maintain a 24-month rolling forecast, drive accurate statistical and consensus forecasting, and refine models using error analysis techniques.
Initiate and lead the development of supply plans to balance demand with constraints, ensure timely orders and deliveries, and provide feedback on supply risks within the monthly S&OP process.
