  • As team lead in the SRE department of Tech BE you grow a high performing team of SRE experts, driving Tech BE to peak resilience against adverse events, to structurally increase availability of critical banking services to 99,9%.
  • You and your team contribute and align on Global SRE Observability practices and projects and are responsible for the delivery of Observability improvement projects with your team and colleagues in Tech BE and ING Group.
  • The SRE BE department reports to the CIO and drives reliability for all ING Belgium critical business services, working closely with varied experts including system engineering, data science and processes.
