Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Degree in Nutrition or Food Science
Strong knowledge of UK and EU food regulations
Experience with FIC and HFSS regulations
Proficiency managing nutrition datasets
Ability to validate supplier documentation
Nice-to-have
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Clear communication of technical information
Confidence engaging with suppliers
Interest in innovation and reformulation projects
Key Requirements
Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics or related discipline
Experience in nutrition, compliance or technical role within food industry
Strong knowledge of UK and EU food regulations including FIC
