Key Requirements
5+ years in cloud support engineering, technical support, cloud operations, or SRE-adjacent roles
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and AWS
Experience with SAP core modules, SAP BRIM, or other ERP/Finance systems
Strong troubleshooting ability across APIs, networking, identity, OS, and cloud services
Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
Experience with monitoring tools
Solid understanding of ITIL processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
