Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years technical helpdesk or network administration experience
  • Degree or certification in IT related field
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on Mac/iOS support
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on Google Workspace experience
  • At least 1+ years experience with JAMF
  • Willingness to work night shifts in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams administration
