Key Requirements
5-8 years technical helpdesk or network administration experience
Degree or certification in IT related field
Minimum 2+ years hands-on Mac/iOS support
Minimum 2+ years hands-on Google Workspace experience
At least 1+ years experience with JAMF
Willingness to work night shifts in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams administration
