Job Summary

  • As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support and handling end-user requests throughout the device lifecycle, including provisioning, re-assignment, and configuration changes.
  • You will work with internal customers and IT teams on onsite support activities and projects related to technology order management and fulfillment.
  • If a customer has a problem using a Dell Technologies product or service, our Customer Service team has the knowledge to answer their questions, whether by phone, email, chat or online.
