Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be proficient in using PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and meals.
This on-call role requires the employee to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds while maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports

Create a warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Experience with Microsoft Suite products
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
