Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with senior management, providing tactical and strategic guidance to create a positive employee experience aligned with the company values and contribute to the business success.
  • The position has an integral role in supporting talent acquisition strategies, employee relations consulting and counseling, policy interpretation and application, as well as performance and talent management consultation.
  • As a culture ambassador, drive the Guerbet culture and values aligned with D&I, Engagement, Compliance etc. to ensure business is socially & economically responsible.
