Job Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with senior management, providing tactical and strategic guidance to create a positive employee experience aligned with the company values and contribute to the business success.
The position has an integral role in supporting talent acquisition strategies, employee relations consulting and counseling, policy interpretation and application, as well as performance and talent management consultation.
As a culture ambassador, drive the Guerbet culture and values aligned with D&I, Engagement, Compliance etc. to ensure business is socially & economically responsible.
