Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager acts as the primary post-sales owner and technical advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Alteryx solutions.
This role requires building deep relationships with key stakeholders to create 'Alteryx Advocates' and aligning product capabilities with customer business priorities.
CSMs are responsible for creating success plans, orchestrating enablement sessions, and identifying growth opportunities within their account portfolio.
