Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them while maintaining a calm and positive environment.
