Key Requirements
4+ years customer-facing IT experience
Combined minimum 5 years education and/or work experience
Experience with GMP and regulated healthcare environments
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
Experience supporting validated systems
Ability to troubleshoot PC and corporate applications
