Job Summary
This role is responsible for applying resin to composite materials, preparing wood veneer to be pre-wetted with resin and application of the plastic core during the molding process of the Baum composite baseball bat.
You will inspect each piece for imperfections and defects and make necessary repairs, while working with the various production teams to ensure proper scheduling and timely delivery of finished materials.
