Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years global markets documentation experience
Deep knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement
Expertise in Credit Support Annexes negotiation
Understanding of interest rate swaps and FX derivatives
Knowledge of Variation Margin and Initial Margin regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience with GMRAs and GMSLAs
Familiarity with electronic trading documentation
Ability to work independently in high-volume environment
Strong collaboration skills across multiple time zones
