Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide respiratory therapy and care to patients with pulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
  • The respiratory therapist must adhere to facility policies, perform patient assessments, plan and implement care interventions, and report changes in patient respiratory status to supervisors and physicians.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and collaborating with interdepartmental personnel are critical components of this role.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of respiratory care program
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum one year respiratory experience preferred
