Troubleshoot XML and REST web services
Work in 10am to 7pm schedule
Use tools like SoapUI and Postman
Participate in on-call rotation
Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues

Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to absorb new technologies quickly

Experience with Workday Support
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Key Requirements
2+ years experience with ERP applications
4+ years customer support experience
Required to work 10am to 7pm Costa Rica Time
Participation in weekend on-call rotation
Understanding of object-oriented and relational models
