Job Summary
This role provides leadership to a team responsible for delivering field insights and driving end-to-end product quality for home inkjet products.
The incumbent acts as the primary interface with the Customer Success organization, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of complex customer issues.
Responsibilities include defining quality metrics, setting up support infrastructure, and leading high-level projects that require direct exposure to senior management.
