  • Lead HR transformational projects, including process redesign/standardization and merger and integration support, defining and delivering HR technology strategy.
  • Design and build Workday solutions in the Compensation space, enabling and enhancing modules with new setups and functionality to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary daily contact to business owners on service delivery, building relationships internally and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
