Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
• This role involves tracking and monitoring QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly while providing clinical recommendations.
• The incumbent must ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change.
