This role serves as a critical enabler for producing smaller, more powerful, and energy-efficient microchips used in smartphones and smart factories.
The successful candidate will act as the interface between development and production to ensure new products are successfully transitioned into series manufacturing.
You will be responsible for creating work plans, process documentation, and driving projects to sustainably increase production capacity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electronically or mechatronic degree
Commissioning of complex mechatronic systems
Mechanical and electrical adjustment experience
Final acceptance testing of equipment
Process optimization and stability analysis
Nice-to-have
Matlab, C++, or C# programming skills
Lean methods and Six Sigma knowledge
Experience with electron optics and simulation
Cleanroom environment experience
Project management leadership skills
Key Requirements
Completed electronic or mechatronic university degree (Master preferred)
Experience in installation and firmware programming
Knowledge of Lean and Quality methods like 8D or 5S
