Job Summary

  • Proactively manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all queries and issues, and maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding and anticipating their service needs.
  • Review purchase order requirements for compliance, liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce, and prepare reports and dashboards for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, collection teams, and business stakeholders to guarantee service quality and resolve claims.
