Job Summary
Proactively manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all queries and issues, and maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding and anticipating their service needs.
Review purchase order requirements for compliance, liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce, and prepare reports and dashboards for client meetings.
Collaborate with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, collection teams, and business stakeholders to guarantee service quality and resolve claims.
