Job Summary

  • Serve as the central project management consultant for HR Technology & Tools initiatives, designing templates, standards, and governance models that elevate delivery quality across the Elevate HR team.
  • Lead cross-functional project planning, execution, and control to ensure HR Tech projects land with precision and impact, including scope, budget utilization, inter‑project dependencies, and milestone tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders in HR Tech, HR Ops, HR Business Partners, CoEs, IT, Digital Innovation, Analytics & Insights, and other enabling functions to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
