Job Summary
This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance operational performance across our multifamily portfolio.
Onboard and train new employees on standard operating procedures, lead engaging onsite and online sessions on property operations, customer service, compliance, and system usage.
Monitor metrics and suggest training to improve occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and expense control.

3+ years recent multifamily property management operations experience
