Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance operational performance across our multifamily portfolio.
  • Onboard and train new employees on standard operating procedures, lead engaging onsite and online sessions on property operations, customer service, compliance, and system usage.
  • Monitor metrics and suggest training to improve occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and expense control.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in project management
