Job Summary

• Serve as the operational and strategic liaison between external vendors and internal partners, collaborating closely with operations, risk, tech, and governance teams.
• Lead targeted process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives, collecting and analyzing operational data to generate insights and provide reporting and transparency for leadership.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with translation and interpretation suppliers, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, overseeing quality evaluations and corrective action plans.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience managing translation, localization, and interpretation vendors
• At least 2 years of experience with TMS/CAT tools
• At least 2 years of process or project management experience
• At least 3 years of experience managing translation and interpretation vendors in a regulated industry (Preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in compliance or risk management (Preferred)
