Job Summary

• Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes.
• Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to: Tiered accountability, Visual management systems and Leader Standard Work.
