Job Summary

• Collaborate with a diverse set of users and partners across multiple functions to translate unstructured, complex business problems into appropriate data, modelling and analytical solutions.
• Lead data science projects through the data, analytics & machine learning lifecycle and clearly and objectively communicate results, as well as their associated limitations.

Salary

Base: $162,000 to $260,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and/or long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4 years of related experience
• 4 years of data and analytics experience in life science, pharma, biotech, technology companies or relevant regulated industries
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with end-to-end data processing
• Experience with Python, R, and other programming languages
• Experience with Git
• Experience with cloud computing infrastructure like AWS
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
