Job Summary
The role of the Director of Stores is to generate sales by providing exceptional service to all customers and to direct all activities required to achieve sales, service, merchandise presentation/visual excellence, human resources management, loss prevention, and expense control goals within the expectations consistent with the Design Within Reach mission.
You will manage and delegate Regional Store priorities, set and monitor your own goals, as well as your Regional Manager Stores goals, and report to the Vice President of DWR Stores.
Design Within Reach is comprised of people of all abilities, gender identities and expressions, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, veterans from every branch of military service, and more.
