The ideal candidate should have a valid LVN license in California, experience in skilled nursing, and strong leadership and communication skills
Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and monitor medication records for completeness and compliance.
