The Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA) will be deployed at UWMC and Fred Hutch Cancer Center (FHCC) at Northwest Hospital (NWH) and will provide hematologic/oncologic related evaluation and medical management of consulted patients

Job Summary

  • The Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA) will be deployed at UWMC and Fred Hutch Cancer Center (FHCC) at Northwest Hospital (NWH) and will provide hematologic/oncologic related evaluation and medical management of consulted patients.
  • Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients, performing complex H&Ps, evaluating and managing treatment side effects, and collaborating with other disciplines.
  • This position offers annual appointments with a 12-month service period, with faculty paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period, allowing for paid time off.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited PA or NP program
  • Two years of ARNP or PA-C experience in Hematology and Medical Oncology preferred
  • Washington state & DEA licensure
  • ACLS within three months of hire
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Electronic Medical Record experience
