Job Summary
This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS), ensuring changes are delivered within the Group’s Change Management Risk Appetite.
The role will partner with Operational Risk to drive practical adoption across Technology—owning the uplift of CMRS obligations and content and ensuring consistent implementation and evidence across initiatives.
Lead continuous improvement of delivery and risk culture by applying structured problem-solving techniques and promoting knowledge sharing of best practices across Business and Support units.
