Job Summary

  • This role is a senior finance leadership position supporting Baxter’s Global Front Line Care (FLC) business — a $1.2B division with R&D teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
  • You’ll own the financial planning and analysis for all Front Line Care (FLC) R&D and Sustaining Engineering activities, including the annual operating plan, long‑range plan, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
  • This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leaders across R&D, Marketing, Business Development, and the broader finance organization.
