  • You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, developing and managing strategic business relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, revenue growth and contract compliance.
  • Combining technical expertise and commercial understanding, you'll identify and implement solutions that create mutual success for both our clients and organization.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry or CMO/CDMO
  • Account management, project management, sales or marketing experience
  • Understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Experience with quoting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Negotiation and resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
