Job Summary

• In this role, you will advise, service and support the execution of both office and data center transactions across a Fortune 500 global financial services firm’s Americas portfolio.
• You will leverage your advanced analytical, financial modeling, and solid understanding of accounting principles to create and update models to evaluate portfolio strategies, perform financial due diligence, and synthesize findings into concise recommendations for both client and internal senior leadership.
