Job Summary

• Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment to provide competent technical support and training.
• Fosters good working relationships with Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
• Trains all staff in structured problem-solving methods to be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems.
