Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for the operational management of health management services within the Greater Health Service Implementation and Management Department, designing and formulating service processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • The position requires comprehensive understanding of AIA's policy new business and preservation service processes, keen insight into the linkage between changes in policy service processes and standalone sales service processes, and timely communication and coordination with relevant teams to ensure service process smoothness.
  • Responsibilities include building, training, motivating, and assessing the operations team, improving team enthusiasm, and ensuring daily health management services meet company requirements according to operational KPI requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
