Job Summary

  • The Recruitment Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Admissions and will be responsible for managing the university’s undergraduate student recruitment efforts in an assigned territory and other areas as designated.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with high school counselors, visiting high schools to recruit students, planning and participating in recruiting events, and providing information about UA - PTC.
  • The position requires a bachelor's degree, a minimum of two years’ experience with recruitment, admissions, or student services, and strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
