** Shell is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst for their Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting team in India. The role focuses on financial accounting, compliance with guidelines, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the LNG and Shipping business. **

Job Summary

  • This role is part of a service delivery team for Group reporting & Entity’s Statutory Reporting (LSR), a sub-process of Reporting & Analysis (R&A), for LNG & Shipping business in Finance Operations.
  • The primary role of OE Analyst is to ensure all accounting and reporting activities are performed in an effective, controlled, efficient manner.
  • The incumbent is expected to contribute to R&A aspiration agenda for the following: World Class Close, Zero MJEs, Insightful Commentaries, Drive digitalization initiatives, First Time Right Focus on continuous improvement opportunities in the process and identify actions to reduce complexity, promote best practice and improve process efficiency.

Key Requirements
