In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned and act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and task execution.
You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met while collaborating with your leadership team to drive behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
The position requires working a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, and supporting sales leaders during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
