You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and preparing corporate travel requirements such as tickets, hotel reservations, and ground transportation for executives and other organization employees.
You will manage phone calls, emails, and internal and external correspondence, as well as request quotes and coordinate proposals with suppliers.
You will control the entry of visitors and delivery personnel, authorizing their corresponding access to the office.
