Base: 112,495.20 - 147,649.95; Bonus/Equity: Annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: Competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, and annual Personal Days

• Advanced education in a numerate subject
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry or health-related/HTA experience
• Practical experience with cost-effectiveness models
• Thorough understanding of payer evidence requirements
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
