  • The role provides oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings and tracks effective utilization of PDPM tools.
  • The incumbent ensures accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments.
  • The position requires coordinating interdisciplinary participation to complete the Minimum Data Set for each resident according to regulatory time frames.
