Define and implement the Hub Quality and CI strategy, ensuring alignment with global directives, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, overseeing internal/external audits and securing required certifications across all Hub units.
Deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework, supporting and prioritizing improvement projects that elevate quality and operational performance.
