We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to complement our Corporate & Capital Markets practice. You will work closely with partners and lawyers on transaction execution, client engagement, internal workflow management, technology implementation and thought leadership coordination in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Complement all technology driven workflows on a day-to-day basis, including managing and attending meetings and post-meeting Active calendar and travel management, and meeting coordination Provide transaction support, including organization of documents and managing closing timelines Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and internal teams across jurisdictions Undertake active billing, monitor time accounting, and matter administration Manage confidential matter organization to ensure proper filing and tracking of workflow Update and preparation of presentations, pitch decks, commentaries, articles, internal reports and events Manage the financial discipline of partners and lawyers to ensure accountability, prompt billings and timely collections Teach and provide mentorship and guidance to your subordinates, and to form the core backbone of the executive leadership team within the firm Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in an executive assistant role (professional services environment preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines High level of accountability and discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external clients Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools Nice to Have (But Not Required) Exposure to corporate transactions or capital markets work Familiarity with legal documentation or law firm environments Experience using AI tools (e.g. document automation, summarization, workflow tools) to improve efficiency Why Join Us Work alongsi
