Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Board-approved course in Dental Practice Act
  • Coronal Polishing Certification
  • Board-approved X-Ray certification
  • Infection control certification
  • Valid BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • Valid CA Driver's License for mobile units
  • DOJ/FBI background clearance for mobile units
