JLL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a fixed term role in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on recruiting across various sectors within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong generalist recruitment background, preferably with experience in coaching hiring managers and enhancing recruitment processes

Job Summary

  • Own talent acquisition strategy and delivery for EMEA region across Technology, Marketing, Outsourcing Services, Property Development Services, and Tetris Design.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers (up to C-Level) across EMEA and globally, drive pipeline velocity, volume, diversity, and conversion rates, and coach stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
