Job Summary
Lead the management and performance for assigned strategic I&T partner(s) as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and partners.
Facilitate measurement and reporting of partner performance based on contract SLAs and metrics, managing escalations and SLA breaches.
Align strategic partner delivery with I&T program milestones and business expectations, identifying value enhancement and innovation opportunities.
